I Love Arabic: Level 2 أحب العربية

This book is intended for second grade children who are 7 years old and can read phrases, sentences, and short stories. It includes ten entertaining stories. It is beautifully produced, with attractive pictures and simple words appropriate to the reading skills of this level. Each story focuses on a different skill. The most important goal is that students start their journey in language learning by loving books, stories, and the Arabic language.

This book includes twelve skills students need in an elementary school class, which are:

1. First-person pronouns
2. Alif at the end of the word (Alif Maqsoora)
3. The Dual
4. Exclamation style
5. Second-person pronouns
6. Interrogatives
7. Demonstratives
8. Third-person pronouns
9. Relative pronouns
10. Imperative
11. Prepositions
12. Closed ta’ when stopping

Before these new skills are presented, there is a review of previous skills, including the alphabet, letters with sukun, letters of madd, stressed letters, lam qamariyyah and lam shamsiyyah, and tanween.
